Fake Experience Certificate in India
71Recently, Tech Mahindra had dismissed some of its employees after a thorough check of experience certificates of all new recruits was carried out by them. Needless to say, the dismissed employees were working there on the basis of fake experience certificate. The company has also said that they are going to take legal action against those employees since they have made a fraud.
The problem of Fake Experience Certificate is really big in India. Though, almost all IT companies have in built protection to deal with it, but the fake experience certificate providers have overshadowed their efforts by ensuring a sort of life time verification process.
Who is Responsible?
Companies must take a pie of blame behind the problems of fake experience certificate. If a student don’t get a job after the first year of passing out then the job hunting process becomes quite tough for him/her. Companies indiscriminately ask for experience holder even though the job doesn’t demand something like that. Imagine a student not going for a job and instead decided to try his hand for Civil Services. If he doesn’t clear the Civil Services then his life is going to become a sort of hell because job searching for him will become a real tedious one. When PSU can employ according to the age criteria then why these private companies don’t institutionalize something like that?
Secondly, students should blame themselves for fake experience certificate issue. Though, there happens to be some genuine reasons for not getting a job after the first year of passing out, but even then they should try to make themselves placed in even a small company and then try to get better in terms of career. They will always get self satisfaction if they decide to struggle rather than committing a fraud and getting the job. It is amazing that in India engineers are working with fake experience certificate without getting any serious questions from their own ‘soul’. They can also be taken to the court if something wrong happen. Then, they should think that by using fake experience certificate what they are doing is blocking the chance of a genuine candidate. Something like this may also happen with them in future.
How these companies work?
Generally, these companies send mail to someone who is willing to get a certificate. They continuously check relevant forum to get mail address of aspirants. Generally, they charge from 10,000 to 15,000 for this purpose. Lots of companies have developed their own call center from where they handle all calls for verification. In Delhi, lots of educational institutes which are proclaiming to arrange ‘Live Training’ are doing this crime. Just 10 students in a month can make them richer.

Tell me the companies list who are accepting the freshers after completing the one year after graduation. They dont reveal the vacancies to outside. Only people having the reference and relation with some people in that particular organization are getting selected. Only very few people been selected for this kind of companies. Please tell the big organizations people who are using fake if not for the fun, because of lacking of opportunities they are doing this mistake.
REASONS LEADING TO PUT FAKE EXPERIENCE
i would like to tell some scenarios there are many candidates who
worked years in companies and when they want to relieve from the
company will not relieve and will not give experience letters? what
about them?
2)in x company i quarreled with the manager thats manger mistake and
after some days with out notice he send out from the company?then i
can not move to courts i dont have such money to do all the stuff
3)the companies takes me by telling development project and they kept
me in support?
3)the companies takes me by telling 6 months training bu they give
direct work?
3)the companies takes me by telling u have to stay 8 hrs they will pu
pressure by to stay 12 hrs?
4)the company takes me for x technology which i am interested but they
will move to other then?
5)bank statement why should i give my personnel property to company?
6)some companies fire in recission so how can i fill the gap?
7)the company wants me to join in nly 15 days but my notice period is
3 months then?
8)what if my previous company closed because lack of projects
9)what if my previous has doing business for giving fake experience
with taking huge money
like this there are 1000s of problem from candidate perceptive who
will answer these all
the govt has to follow some standards to do all and if company takes a
candidate weather he is fake or genuine they need to keep as promises
made and if they want to do any verificaton they have to dobefore
offerletter release?
there should also list of blacklisting companies if they torture
employess in NAASCOM

I have been working past many yrs in industry and got to know about the comapny if they required then they simply hire the guy without and verification and if not required start firing without any reason.
No one wants anything to do wrong in his life that in future he'll get the problem but situation demands and employee do the mistake.
All the companies are doing false things like showing something other to client and making the money.But if for getting the job if student do some fake experience it's wrong.
For these problem only government needs to take to decison............
